Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In case of Grievance customer can follow below mechanism:
Level 1: Contact Grievance redressal cell
At first instance lodge a complaint preferably through mail with grievance redressal cell. Contact details are

Working hours : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Level 2: Escalation 1
If complaint remain unresolved or resolution is not satisfactory at level 1 for 7 working days from date of lodging of complaint then please escalate your complaint at info@xpressloan.in.
Level 3: Escalation 2
If complaint remain unresolved at level 2 for further 7 working days from the date of escalation at level 2 or resolution is not satisfactory then customer can reach to Nodal Grievance redressal officer at grievance@comero.in.
